Seminole North Little League

Fall 2008 Sign-ups… Sign-ups will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on August 2^nd & 9^th, with try-outs held for ages 7 thru 12 (also last-minute sign-ups) from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on August 16^th. Teams will be formed immediately following try-outs. All sign-ups and try-outs will be held at the NEW Wayne Densch Fellowship Park! The Fall Season will run from September 6^th thru November 8^th, 2008.

What you need for 2008 Fall Registration:

Registration Form - Click here to download. Make sure to keep a copy for your records.

League Age - How old will your child be on April 30, 2007 is how your child's league age is determined for eligibility.

Birth Certificate - State/Government issued.

Utility Bill - Current bill as Proof of Residence.

League Fee - TBA - Make checks payable to Sanford Little League. No one will be turned away because of a lack of funds.

Bring your completed registration form (or you will be able to fill one out in person), volunteer form (if applicable), copy of birth certificate, proof of residence, and League fee to one of the Registration sessions. You can mail your registration, copy of birth certificate, proof of residence, and League fee check to:

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MUST HAVE A BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND PROOF OF RESIDENCE ON FILE BEFORE THE FIRST SPRING PRACTICE OR YOUR CHILD WILL BE INELIGIBLE TO PLAY DUE TO INSURANCE REGULATIONS.
